Thanks to some awesome people over at PPCGeeks and XDA-Developers you can now dual boot Android on your Touch Pro 2! We are not responsible for any damage you may do to your device.
You can now Dual Boot Android via an SD-Card on your phone with a few very easy steps!
1. Download Flyer2114′s Android Files HERE. (CDMA ONLY, if you want GSM go HERE.)
2. Extract the folder and put all of the contents on the root your SD Card. (What I do is create a new folder on my SD Card and drag everything previously on the card into it. I then copy all of the files from the extracted folder to the root of the SD Card.) So it should look something like this on your phone: “\Storage Card\[all of the files from the zipped folder here]”
3. Run Haret.exe from your phone. It may take up to 20 minutes to boot the first time. If you get stuck AFTER BOOTING INTO ANDROID, try turning the phone off and then back on – by pulling the battery. I had to do this because it would not allow me to use the touch screen.
Since android on your Touch Pro 2 is still in development unfortunately not everything is working perfectly.
