Warning Info:
(Tested and working on my Sprint Diamond, from my understanding this should work on any CDMA carrier, EXCEPT VERIZON. You can unlock your Verizon phone here.) – DO NOT TRY THIS ON A GSM PHONE. (i.e. AT&T..)
How To Do It:
Option 1: Flash from Storage Card – Will not hard reset device
1. Make sure your Storage Card is formatted to FAT32. You can do this by connecting to your PC, and right clicking and selecting “properties.”
2. Download this file, and extract the SSPL exe file to your phones MAIN MEMORY. (NOT STORAGE CARD)
3. Download this file, extract the file and place in the root directory on your storage card.
4. Unplug from your computer, and run the SSPL exe in your main memory. Follow instructions on screen and you should now be unlocked.
—To make sure you’re unlocked, you can try holding “Power, and Volume Down, while pressing reset.” You should see cmonex on the screen.

Hey I’ve got a touch pro 2 (sprint) I’m trying to get another rom on here.
None of the methods I came across on xd or ppc worked on my phone. Will this unlock method allow me to instal another rom on my phone?
i did this, and it said security unlocked at the top of the screen….and turned all diff colors and what not……so did this work? i have a telus htc diamond touch, still shows telus on the upload…..
??? (yes i dont know what im doing)
