A disk drive connection is an option that allows you to transfer files between your phone and your computer quicker than an ActiveSync connection.
The screen above should pop up when you plug your phone in to your computer. It will give you like 5 seconds to choose an option, so choose quickly.
After you choose the Disk Drive option, you can navigate to “My Computer” on your desktop and you will see your phone listed and you can begin to transfer files between your phone and computer. If you don’t see it, make sure you have established a proper disk drive connection. Soft reset if needed.
