The only case you should need to do this, is if you have already unlocked your touch pro and now need to send back to verizon for warranty.
ONLY FOR VERIZON TOUCH PRO!
Prerequisites:
Only do this AFTER flashing back to STOCK Verizon ROM, and STOCK Radio.
1. Download and install the .NET from Microsoft for your PC.
2. Download and install Windows Mobile Device Center
3. Download Verizon Relocker to your PC. (VERIZON ONLY)
4. Sync your device with your computer.
5. While connected via Active Sync, run the Relocker.exe file from #3.
6. Follow Steps in the RUU.
It is my understanding this will not Hard-Reset your device, but please let us know how it goes in the comments.
